Well all you need to do is go to a website like, Mypimpspace.com or Whateverlife.com or Pyzam.com and you go to the Layout sections and you choose whichever layout you wish to use and then you go to Edit profile on your Myspace and paste the code they give you of the layout you choose into the "About Me" Section and then select save and go to view your profile and it should be there!
