A very quick hack if you can add html to your myspace account (I know nothing of myspace *shrug*) then add
body{background:%26lt;colour of your choice%26gt;}
if you want a picture add
body{background:transparent url(%26lt;address of picture file starting with http://%26gt;)
replace the text in angle brackets (and the angle brackets themselves) with the relevant info
