Yep, there are alot of websites that let you do that.

My favourite is http://www.mygen.co.uk/ - It works in flash, and is very simple to use, but you can do so much with it. Also, as you change settings in the genator, the example at the bottom of the page changes as well!

When youre done, it gives you the code which you just paste into the "About Me" section of your profile, and thats it done. :)
