If you want an entire layout, search in yahoo for myspace layouts and find one you like, then paste the entire code in your "about me" section.

If you only want a background, and have one picked out, save it to your computer, then host it on a site such as photobucket. Copy the url they give you, and put it in this code:

I get all my backgrounds from www.hotfreelayouts.com. Just pick the layout that you want and click on it - it will give you a code. Copy the entire code by clicking on it to highlight the code and then right clicking and selecting the "COPY" option. Then log on to your myspace page and click the "EDIT PROFILE" link that is located in the upper left hand corner in the blue box next to where your profile picture goes. Paste the code in the "ABOUT ME" section (do that by right clicking again and selecting paste). Lastly click the "SAVE ALL CHANGES" button that is right above the "headline" spot. That'll do it =)
