Get the code for it.. or go to google and find a myspace layout editor, and get a code made for what you want your profile to be like. Then put it in the about me section (where you edit your profile)

Go to yahoo and type in myspace layout. It will come up with a ton. Once you found one you like, copy the code it gives you. Paste it in the "about me" section.
