How can i make my own background for my myspace and get the code to put it on my profile?

Simply use premade layouts, Or a layout generator.

For the best premade layouts i suggest going to

www.whateverlife.com Or

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en%26amp;safe=...

For generators go to

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en%26amp;safe=...

You'll see a code for both in the website, Just copy and paste it, It will give you directions!

Yes. First you will have to make a div to cover over the myspace code. Then upload your image to an image hosting site like photobucket or imageshack, get the code from them and set it as the background of your div.

Go to www.layoutgen.com...they have an option to create your own layout...or you could just yahoo or google myspace layouts and check them out to see which one lets you be more creative in creating your layout. When you finish your layout it will give you the code to copy.

Upload the background to photobucket.com

Get the URL code and paste it in the About Me section of your profile in this code:

body { background: url("this is where you paste the UR"); }

If you want the image to stay still, add background-attachment: fixed; so it looks like this:

body { background: url(this is where the URLgoes);

background-attachment: fixed; }

If you want the image to only repeat horizontally, add:

background-repeat: repeat-x;

If you want the image to only repeat vertically, add:

background-repeat: repeat-y;

If you want the background to not repeat at all, add:

background-repeat: no-repeat;

So, for your image located at photobucket.com, that we want to be fixed, and repeat only horizontally, we put this in our "About Me" profile box:

%26lt;STYLE%26gt;

body { background: url(URLofbackground);

background-attachment: fixed;

background-repeat: repeat-x;

}

%26lt;/STYLE%26gt;

Make sure to start your code with %26lt;STYLE%26gt;

then the code...

then end with %26lt;/STYLE%26gt;
