u could go to other user's myspace with background,there will always be the address.

You upload the image to photobucket.com or tinypic.com or even imageshack.com and then you find a generator, (usually if you go to google you can type in myspace layout generator) then you take the uploaded images URL, and paste it where is says in the layout generator of you choice.
